My daughter is a student at UVA and her moped wouldn't start. I found Zing in Sales Dept. and Steve in service to be attentive and fixed her transportation so she would stop being late for each class which were inconveniently across the campus with 5 minute intervals. Zing also provided me the name of a reputable towing company to get the moped back to my daughter who is happily whizzing across campus and making her classes on time. All of this was done through phone communication and I would highly recommend Wayne's Cycle shop.

I would like to personally thank Steve and Bryce for taking care of a bad tire situation on my 2006 Honda Goldwing.I was on vacation enjoying the beautiful roads in Virginia and found I needed tires. I called up at 10:am on 9/12/2018 needing new Dunlop tour elite 4 tires and they had them in stock .I was there by 11:30am and out by 2:15 PM. with totally new balanced tires. Great service ,friendly attitude.I would recommend Waynes to anyone who needs service.

Here in Virginia fighting wildfires. Had a problem with the motor that runs our pump on my engine. Got in touch with them late in the day and they told me to bring it on in. Within an hour I was headed back to the fire line. Outstanding service and I'm pumping again!

Recently purchased tires through this shop and had them installed here yesterday. A couple months earlier, a guy at the parts desk had done a decent amount of digging for me to find the right tire for my bike. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger, I went with them because they provided such good service the first time around. (And that was over the phone at 5:55pm as they were closing up shop! Very cool.) Prices were reasonable, service was as fast as anticipated and the showroom is beautiful. Spent some time in the lounge and also chatting with one of the owners who shared a lot about riding, business, and local roads. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely come back here. Very exciting to find a good shop. Worth the drive from Charlottesville over the mountain, too :)

Paid 1200 for motor rebuild and motor runs great but had alot of issues.. I got motor back with stripped drain plug bolt..didn't get back all my bolts so I had to order bolts after I got my motor back..they put my clutch in wrong had to take back to them ..my motor leaks oil doesn't even have 6 hours on it.. they will contact you for certain things but if you have a problem they don't wanna email back..I think it was u fair to charge me 1200 and I had to do things to motor before I could even ride it properly..they don't wanna refund me nothing for parts that I should never even had a problem with.. just really a long drown out process that should have had better results
